As a service to the community we also manage "Casa Edad de Oro" - a 36 unit low-income elderly housing complex located at 25 Belden Street. San Juan Center developed this housing complex and subsequently "spun-it-off" as a separate non-profit entity. The San Juan Center is the management agent under contract with SJC Elederly Housing, Inc.
